Targeted Proficiency Goals

The CLB framework consists of 12 benchmarks across three stages: Basic (1-4), Intermediate (5-8), and Advanced (9-12). Our program is optimized for:

  • Primary Objective: Moving clients from CLB Levels 1–3 (Basic Ability) to CLB Levels 5–6 (Intermediate Ability).

  • Advanced Upskilling: For high-potential candidates, our curriculum provides a pathway toward Level 12—full advanced fluency suitable for complex professional and technical environments.

Accountability through Status Updates

We provide transparent, data-driven reporting to support your case management needs:

  • Ongoing Progress Monitoring: We use ongoing progress marketing to keep all parties informed on learning progression.

  • Formal Progress Reports (Report Cards): Case Managers and learners receive regular written status updates describing what students can do and identifying specific areas requiring further attention.

  • Collaborative Goal Setting: We conduct regular progress conferences with clients to reflect on met outcomes and future learning objectives.
